Orders

An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email or phone, or when we take payment. We may refuse or cancel an order if a part is unavailable, priced in error, or not suitable for the stated vehicle.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as offered at checkout. Title to the goods passes when payment has cleared and the goods have been dispatched or collected.

Fitment

Parts are sold for the vehicles listed on the product page. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm chassis, engine and year before fitting. If you are unsure, contact us before you order.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers also keep the mandatory rights granted by EU and Lithuanian consumer law.
