Evo Corse wheels are made from g-AlSi7 an alloy of aluminium and silicon that lends itself very well to heat treatment a process that improves mechanical performance by 20%. These exceptional properties currently make it not only the best foundry alloy but also the most sought-after. Low-pressure die casting is the technique most commonly used for g-AlSi7 alloys: the liquid aluminium at about 700°C is injected into the mold with a pressure of 1.2 to 1.5 bar so that it fills all areas of the mould and takes the shape of the wheel.This expertise has enabled Evo Corse to implement their forged wheels on the highest level of competition. Today these wheels can be found on 4x4s and ATVs in the Dakar Rally as well as in the WRC and WRX championships.
